- Determine Patterns - the data is then analysed for cycles of borrowing with the same or different lenders.
- Additional Factors - further analysis is conducted on payment history, debt level, borrowing and repayment history
- Next Steps - Sanderson Drake will email you their findsings with a questionnaire to complete. This allows them to understand your circumstances in your own words.

What can I claim back?
- Sanderson Drake aim to recover compensation on your behalf. This is not always guaranteed.
- Compensation may include:- removal of interest applied to your account, a refund of interest paid, 8% interest (applicable where you’ve paid more than the principle amount borrowed), removal of advers credit history or the loan from your credit file, removal of the guarantors responsiblity (applicable to guarantor loans)

How long will a claim take?
- A lender has 8 weeks to investigate a claim.
- If the claim is pursued through the Financial Ombudsman Service they should review the claim within 12 months.
- For lenders no longer trading the claim can take up to 18 months.

What are your fees?
- Claim Eazy receives a referral fee from Sanderson Drake and do not add anything additional to what they charge.
- Sanderson Drake operate on a percentage-based Success Fee, also known as a 'No Win, No Fee' agreement. This means they only charge a fee if they are successful in obtaining an offer of compensation unless you choose to cancel your agreement with them before then.
- If your claim is successful their fee will be calculated based on the amount of compensation you are offered.
- The fee is based on a percentage of the Total Offer Amount Sanderson Drake obtain for you. See below fee illustrations - all fee values include VAT at the current rate of 20%:
- Compensation £1-1,499. Fee 36% incl. VAT. MAX total fee - £504.
- Compensation £1,500-9,999. Fee £33.6% incl. VAT. MAX total fee - £3,000.
- Compensation £10,000-24,999 Fee 30%. MAX total fee - £6,000.
- Compensation £25,000-49,999 Fee 24%. MAX total fee - £9,000.
- Compensation £50,000 Fee 18%. MAX total fee - £12,000.
- If you choose to cancel your agreement before the stage of a final offer Sanderson Drake may charge a fee. Additional charges may also be applied to your invoice if you do not pay their invoice on time.
